Founded in 2019, Portage Community is a 501(c)(3) serving nursing and medical students in western Pennsylvania and in the Dominican Republic.

Portage Community serves students pursuing a career as an RN at the Community College of Beaver County. We provide scholarships, mentorship, professional development, and academic support.

Local Program

International Program

Our international program serves medical students in the Dominican Republic. Through your support, we offer full medical school scholarships and full living expenses to students who otherwise could not afford it.
